If your purchase does not work out for you, we are happy to exchange or refund for most items. However, due to the nature of a small online business, there are some return guidelines and restrictions. 

Because of the limited quantities per style and size, we cannot guarantee we will have any specific items available for exchange. Our inventory moves quickly, but we will do whatever we can to exchange size or restock an item you simply can't live without! 



  • Returns are only accepted if the wrong items is received by the customer or the product received is damaged.
  • Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY!
  • All return requests must be submitted within two weeks of delivery acceptance.
  • Custom order items are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return.
  • Any items returned must be in new condition. 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  •  If you have an issue with the order or products you have received, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivered date (per tracking info ) of your order and must include physical evidence of issues including photos of packaging and/or products. 



  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact customer service with the correct address as soon as you place you order. We will do our best to make the change, however, if the order has already been processed, we are unable to make the change.

  • All of our shipments include tracking with deliver confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received the order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
