At Lake Country Vibes, every piece is custom made just for you when you place your order. That means we don’t keep inventory sitting on shelves — we create it with intention, one order at a time.

Because of this, we do not offer exchanges.

We kindly ask that you double-check your size, color, and design selections before completing your purchase.

When We’ll Make It Right

If we make a mistake — or if your item arrives damaged — we’ve got you.

We will offer a return or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived defective or damaged

If something isn’t right, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

We’ll review it quickly and take care of you.

What We Can’t Accept

Since every item is made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Changing your mind

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to make sure that he or she enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact customer service with the correct address as soon as you place you order. We will do our best to make the change, however, if the order has already been processed, we are unable to make the change.

  • All of our shipments include tracking with deliver confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item was delivered to your order address, but you have not received the order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
